Mark your calendars! Laurel Colwell is organizing a church picnic for 

Saturday, September 13th, at Anderson Cove on Pineview Lake/Reservoir.

This special church fellowship time will begin about 2:00 p.m. and close

after evening campfire.  Please check with Laurel to see how you can help

make this day enjoyable for all.

contact a board member with your ideas/plans, dates, budget allowances, etc.

 

Steve & Sarah Ramage are expecting an addition to their family right after they move into their new home!  So... ladies come join us as we shower Sarah with love, encouragement, and baby needs.  Sat., Sept. 20th 3-5pm here at RBC.

Sarah is registered at Babies"r"us and Target.

Sarah has plenty of 0-3 month clothing ready...

Awana Club #6242 here at Roy Bible Church will hold leader training on

Sun. 8/31 and Sun. 9/7 at 7:00 p.m. Club registration night will be Weds. 9/3 at 6:15 p.m.

1st club night will be Weds. 9/10 at 6:15 p.m.  Adults and youth who desire to share the hope they have in Christ with children from pre-kinder - 5th grade, are invited to join us for our 2008-2009 club year!

You’re invited to join us as 3 generations gather to help protect the unborn generation. Join us for the Pregnancy Care Center’s (PCC’s) annual “Walk for Life,” Saturday, September 20th.  As a walker, you can begin raising pledges immediately OR, as a sponsor, you can choose to support a walker from your church.  The pledges you raise will fund the PCC’s outreach to women in crisis pregnancies and help women discover alternatives to abortion.  To get your Walk for Life registration and sponsor brochure, talk to  Stephanie Buchanan or contact the Pregnancy Care Center of Ogden at 612-9293, 24/7 or ogdenpcc@webpipe.com or www.ogdenpcc.org

 

 Mark your calendars! Sunday School will start back up on 9/21 at 9:30 am. We look forward to a great year of instruction.

*Also starting on 9/21 at 6:00 pm, we will meet for an informal time of sharing, praying, and Bible study. Potential content includes discussion of the morning’s sermon, question and answer, video teaching series, topical studies, or Bible book studies. Let’s encourage and stimulate one another to love and good deeds!

The Nursery will need a full time Sunday School hour care giver starting this fall.  If you fill this position, you will not be on the 10:30 a.m. service time schedule.  Contact LeighAnn Crudele regarding this position.
